Get ready for a nice cup of coffee, Twin Peaks is returning.

The weird and wonderful David Lynch show is the latest cult classic to benefit from this age of revivals, remakes and reboots. The show is returning to screens on Showtime in 2017, and although we know the production has been underway and that the cast is more star-studded than we could have imagined, we haven't learned much else. But now the cast is cluing us in.

Showtime released a behind-the-scenes look at the show featuring interviews with a few of the actors, and at the very least we know they like it. Even if they're not saying anything specific.

“Revisiting all this territory, there’s a freshness to it,” Kyle MacLachlan (Agent Dale Cooper) says. “There’s nothing I can say to describe it. It’s been absolutely wonderful.”

"In my opinion, it discovers, in a poetic way, the whole human experience," says James Marshall (a.k.a. James Hurley). Miguel Ferrer (FBI forensic specialist Albert Rosenfield) adds "It's a big cast, it's a big story, big things happen."

In addition to returning favorites, Twin Peaks will feature the likes of Michael Cera, Monica Bellucci, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jim Belushi, Tim Roth, Robert Forster, Ashley Judd, Amanda Seyfried, Laura Dern, and Naomi Watts. Is it 2017 yet?
