There was no shortage of Donald Trump jokes at Sunday's Golden Globes, which were heavy on surprises but short on laughs. Among the funniest moments, from winners, presenters and host Jimmy Fallon:

10. "I suspect you won't be passing on any more movies in the future that I might be anywhere nearby."

Casey Affleck, accepting the best actor in a drama award for Manchester by the Sea, in which Matt Damon was originally set to star.

9. “March 14, 1981, was the same day we had to put our dogs down — three of them: little Jack, Janet and Chrissy. My grandpa thought it'd be fun to go to the movie and take our minds off it. But then, you know, Bambi’s mom. And also, that was the last day I saw my grandpa. He disappeared ... and I didn’t speak for two years."

Kristen Wiig, recalling her "traumatic" experience seeing Bambi as a child, while presenting the best animated feature award with Steve Carell.

8. "I just got off the phone with Mariah Carey, and she thinks that Dick Clark Productions sabotaged my monologue."

Jimmy Fallon, referencing his teleprompter malfunction at the top of the show and Carey's own disastrous New Year's Eve performance.

Jimmy Fallon, calling out President-elect Donald Trump in his opening monologue.

4. "I'm really looking forward to the documentary they're going to make about this year's Golden Globes, called Beard Parade 2017."

2. "I suppose it's made more amazing by the fact that I'll be able to say I won this at the last-ever Golden Globes. I don't mean to be gloomy, it's just that (the Globes voting group) has the words ‘Hollywood,’ ‘Foreign’ and ‘Press’ in the title."

Hugh Laurie, knocking Trump while accepting best supporting TV actor for AMC's The Night Manager.

1. "Hollywood is crawling with outsiders and foreigners, and if we kick 'em all out, you'll have nothing to watch but football or mixed martial arts — which are not the arts."
