Eppstein Uhen buying Kindness Architecture

Eppstein Uhen Architects has agreed to buy another Milwaukee firm, Kindness Architecture and Planning, it was announced Friday.

The Kindness firm's seven-member staff will move to Eppstein Uhen's headquarters in the Historic Third Ward. Owner Scott Kindness will become director of Eppstein Uhen’s Living Environments studio.

That studio works on multi-family, mixed-use and senior living developments.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.
