·A 27-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for theft and forgery Jan. 26 for allegedly forging two checks to take $1,640 from Lakeside Pub and Grill, 4671 S. Lake Drive, where he had worked.
·A 29-year-old West Allis woman was cited for retail theft at 2:35 p.m. Jan. 22 after she attempted to take $157.75 worth of merchandise from Walgreens, 3201 E. Layton Ave.
·A 33-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for retail theft at 3:20 p.m. Jan. 24 after he took $405 worth of merchandise from Kmart, 6077 S. Packard Ave.
·A 22-year-old Cudahy woman was arrested for battery and criminal damage to property at 3:04 a.m. Jan. 24 after she allegedly hit and scratched her 23-year-old husband in the 5500 block of South O'Brien Avenue, and damaging his car.
·A warrant for battery domestic violence related was issued for a 24-year-old Cudahy man who allegedly punched his 25-year-old girlfriend in the 3700 block of East Underwood Avenue just after 5 a.m. Jan. 24.
·A 26-year-old Nebraska man was arrested for battery after he allegedly punched and bit his 30-year-old wife in the 3700 block of East Cudahy Avenue early morning Jan. 28.
·A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 5900 block of South Barland Avenue at 3:14 a.m. Jan. 21.
·A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver in the 5500 block of South O'Brien Avenue at 7:39 p.m. Jan. 22. According to police reports, the man had a gun and $184 in cash, and said he had paid $140 for about a half-ounce of marijuana two days previously.
·A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for marijuana possession in the 2900 block of East Iona Terrace at 12:44 p.m. Jan. 25.
·A 22-year-old Cudahy woman was cited for operating while intoxicated in the 2400 block of East Ramsey Avenue at 2:47 a.m. Jan. 18. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.10.
·A 44-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for operating while intoxicated in the 3500 block of East College Avenue after his vehicle reached speeds of 75 to 80 miles per hour at 9:58 p.m. Jan. 19. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.10.
·A 29-year-old South Milwaukee woman was cited for operating while intoxicated and operating after suspension in the 6200 block of South Packard Avenue at 1:50 a.m. Jan. 23. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.11. She was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
·A window was broken on a home in the 3800 block of East Whittaker Avenue between 5 and 11 p.m. Jan. 22. Damage was estimated at $500.
·A 66-year-old Cudahy woman was cited for harassment Jan. 23 for making threatening phone calls to a 68-year-old Milwaukee woman and a 64-year-old Cudahy woman.
·An anti-theft lock was stolen from a locked car in the 1200 block of East Norwich Avenue overnight Jan. 5-6. The car was entered by undetermined means.
·A 37-year-old St. Francis man was arrested for operating while intoxicated in the 4000 block of South Packard Avenue at 7:05 p.m. Jan. 24. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.11. He has two previous OWI convictions.
·Two tires were slashed on an SUV between 2 and 8:15 p.m. Jan. 15 at Greg's True Value, 3050 E. Layton Ave.
·A tailgate, valued at $800, was taken off an Oak Creek man's pickup truck between 10 and 11:30 p.m. Jan. 20 in the 1000 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
·About $700 worth of tools were taken from a car trunk in the 1800 block of Rawson Avenue overnight Jan. 21-22.
·A purse valued at $20 was taken from an unlocked car in the 3700 block of Sixth Avenue overnight Jan. 25-26. No cash was taken.
·A 50-year-old South Milwaukee woman was cited for theft after she took an undetermined number of newspapers from outside Kings Row Liquor, 1202 Milwaukee Ave., at 7:20 a.m. Jan. 27.
·A 32-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for operating while intoxicated at 1:57 a.m. Jan. 16 after he made an illegal U-turn in the 1600 block of 15th Avenue. He refused a breath test.
·Three students — a 14-year-old girl, a 15-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl — at South Milwaukee Middle School, 1001 15th Ave., were cited for disorderly conduct after they created a disturbance about 9 a.m. Jan. 12.
·A 14-year-old boy at South Milwaukee Middle School, 1001 15th Ave., was cited for disorderly conduct at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 21 for disruptive behavior in a classroom. According to police reports, he chose the citation over an in-school detention.
·A 14-year-old boy at South Milwaukee Middle School, 1001 15th Ave., was cited for truancy at 10:50 a.m. Jan. 21. According to school records, he has been absent about 70 days since September.
·A 26-year-old Cudahy man was cited for disorderly conduct at 3:23 a.m. Jan. 24 after he tried to start fights in the hallway of an apartment building at 1832 Rawson Ave., when he was told to leave a party.
·Police responded to seven domestic violence incidents between Jan. 22 and 28.
