·A 50-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for retail theft at 4:32 p.m. Feb. 24 after he took $70.43 worth of energy drinks and candy bars from Walgreens, 3201 E. Layton Ave.
·A 53-year-old Cudahy woman was arrested for battery-domestic violence related at 3:06 a.m. Feb. 22 after she allegedly choked her 26-year-old boyfriend in the 4900 block of South Kirkwood Avenue.
·A 47-year-old South Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and operating after revocation at 2:32 a.m. Feb. 19 after his vehicle ran a red light at the intersection of South Packard and East College avenues. He has one previous OWI conviction. He refused a breath test.
·A 21-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for operating while intoxicated in the 6200 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:55 a.m. Feb. 21. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.19.
·A 24-year-old Cudahy man was cited for operating while intoxicated in the 4700 block of South Packard Avenue at 4:11 a.m. Feb. 21. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.14.
·A car was vandalized with spray paint in the 3600 block of East Martin Avenue overnight Feb. 21-22. Damage was estimated at $250.
·Two boys, ages 15 and 17, were cited for disorderly conduct at Cudahy High School, 4950 S. Lake Drive, at 2:17 p.m. Feb. 23. The two had fought in a hallway as about 100 students watched.
·A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct at 8:05 a.m. Feb. 25 after an altercation with a Milwaukee County Transit System bus driver. He was conveyed to the Criminal Justice Facility on warrants from the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
·A 44-year-old Appleton man was cited for operating while intoxicated at 7:48 p.m. Feb. 21 after he was involved in a collision with a St. Francis woman's car at the intersection of East Layton and South Pennsylvania avenues. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.11.
·A 36-year-old St. Francis woman was booked Feb. 7 for filing a false report to police. According to police reports the woman admitted her claim to have been sexually assaulted in the early morning of Feb. 7 was false. The woman allegedly fabricated the complaint to 'get back' at her boyfriend, with whom she was angry for not wanting to leave a St. Francis bar where both had been drinking.
·Police are investigating theft of $70 from a resident at Franciscan Court, 1010 Williams Ave., overnight Feb. 14-15.
·A 36-year-old South Milwaukee woman was cited for retail theft at 5:26 p.m. Feb. 25 after she took two packages of cigars from BP, 1700 Rawson Ave.
·A 14-year-old South Milwaukee boy was taken to the Children's Detention Center after he allegedly hit a 17-year-old South Milwaukee boy six times with a baseball bat in the 1100 block of Marshall Avenue at about 9:30 p.m. Feb. 23.
·A 39-year-old South Milwaukee man was charged with possession of heroin in the 400 block of Marion Avenue at about 6:15 p.m. Feb. 22. Police had been responding to a domestic disturbance call involving his 40-year-old girlfriend.
·A 30-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for operating while intoxicated in the 1800 block of Rawson Avenue at 1:41 a.m. Feb. 14. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.16.
·A 51-year-old South Milwaukee woman was cited for operating while intoxicated after her vehicle was found stuck in a snowbank in the 2500 block of Fourth Avenue at 8:44 p.m. Feb. 14. She refused a breath test.
·A 47-year-old Cudahy man could face state felony charges for operating while intoxicated after his vehicle was stopped in the 1300 block of North Chicago Avenue at 2:31 a.m. Feb. 20. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.21. He has three previous OWI convictions.
·Windows were broken in the 1100 block of Marshall Avenue at about 2 a.m. Feb. 21.
·Police responded to two domestic violence incidents between Feb. 19 and 25.
