Theft

·An unidentified woman took about $200 worth of merchandise from Walgreens, 3201 E. Layton Ave., at 12:54 p.m. Feb. 26.

Assault

·A 48-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for domestic violence-battery at 11:47 a.m. Feb. 28 after he allegedly punched his ex-girlfriend, a 48-year-old Oak Creek woman, and dragged her across a floor in the 5900 block of South Packard Avenue.

·A 31-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct outside Speedway, 4944 S. Packard Ave., after an incident at 7:05 a.m. Feb. 29. According to police reports, the man was panhandling and tried to attack a 36-year-old Cudahy man with a chunk of concrete.

·A 24-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for battery, criminal damage to property and operating a vehicle without owner's consent after an incident in the 5900 block of South Hately Avenue at 11:15 p.m. March 1. According to police reports, the man punched his estranged 25-year-old girlfriend and destroyed a television set valued at $700. Earlier that day, he reportedly took her car without permission.

Drug possession

·A 21-year-old Milwaukee man and a 25-year-old West Allis man were cited for possessing drug paraphernalia in the 5500 block of South Lake Drive at 9:42 p.m. Feb. 26. The West Allis man was turned over to Oak Creek police on a commitment there.

·A 20-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for marijuana possession and operating after suspension in the 4900 block of South Packard Avenue at 12:49 a.m. Feb. 27.

·A 31-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for drug paraphernalia possession and operating after suspension in the 4500 block of South Kinnickinnic Avenue at 9:34 a.m. March 1.

Drunken driving

·A 24-year-old South Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while intoxicated in the 6100 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:07 a.m. Feb. 27. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.09. He has one previous OWI conviction.

·A 49-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for operating while intoxicated in the 2300 block of East Layton Avenue at 11:24 p.m. Feb. 27. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.16. He was also arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Vandalism

·A window was broken on a home in the 3800 block of East Barnard Avenue at about 3:55 p.m. Feb. 26.

·About $1,500 worth of damage was done when a van was scratched in an alley behind the 3600 block of East Munkwitz Avenue between 8 and 9:30 a.m. Feb. 28.

·A 27-year-old man was arrested for criminal damage to property after he allegedly punched 10 holes in his apartment after an argument with his 26-year-old girlfriend in the 6000 block of South Kingan Avenue at 11:25 p.m. March 1.

Other

·A 35-year-old Cudahy woman was cited for obstructing an officer at 2:57 p.m. March 2 after she gave a false name during a traffic stop in the 5000 block of South Packard Avenue.

SOUTH MILWAUKEE

Theft

·A 35-year-old South Milwaukee woman was cited for theft at 9:11 a.m. Feb. 25 after she allegedly took $5 from a tip jar at MKE City Sippers, 911 Milwaukee Ave. She was also cited for drug paraphernalia possession.

Vandalism

·A lawn ornament in the 300 block of Hemlock Court was broken overnight Feb. 26-27. Damage was estimated at $50.

Other

·A 37-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct at 9:14 p.m. Feb. 25 after he harassed patrons at the Wild Card Bar, 1009 Milwaukee Ave.

·A 26-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited twice for disorderly conduct Feb. 28 after he attempted to enter parked vehicles along Milwaukee Avenue, at first in the 900 block at 4:11 p.m. then in the 800 block at 7:07 p.m.

·Police responded to four domestic violence incidents between Feb. 26 and March 3.
