Assault

·A 38-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for battery and false imprisonment at 11:23 a.m. March 18 after he allegedly punched and held down his wife in the 3700 block of East Lunham Avenue.

Drug possession

·A 33-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana and operating after revocation in the 3700 block of East Pulaski Avenue at 10:16 p.m. March 15.

·A 20-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for drug paraphernalia possession and operating after revocation in the 3400 block of East Cudahy Avenue at 5:59 p.m. March 16.

Drunken driving

·A 20-year-old West Allis woman was cited for operating while intoxicated at 9:19 p.m. March 14 after she was involved in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of East Layton and South Packard avenues. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.19. She was also cited for drug paraphernalia possession.

·A 19-year-old Cudahy woman was cited for operating while intoxicated after she struck a parked SUV in the 4400 block of South Kingan Avenue at about 10 p.m. March 16. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.15. She was also cited for drug paraphernalia possession.

·A 29-year-old St. Francis man was cited for operating while intoxicated in the 6200 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:56 a.m. March 21. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.11.

Vandalism

·The front passenger side window on a van was broken in the 3900 block of East Van Norman Avenue overnight March 11-12. Damage was estimated at $250.

ST. FRANCIS

Vandalism

·A side window was broken on a car in the 3700 block of South Kansas Avenue overnight March 16-17. Damage was estimated at $300.

Other

·A 31-year-old Cudahy woman was cited for disorderly conduct March 9 for allegedly sending threatening text messages to a woman living in the 4500 block of South Kansas Avenue.

SOUTH MILWAUKEE

Drunken driving

·A 25-year-old Franklin man was cited for operating while intoxicated after he drove onto a sidewalk in the 1900 block of 10th Avenue at 2:30 a.m. March 19. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.13.

·A 25-year-old Highwood, Illinois, man was arrested for operating while intoxicated in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue at 10:54 p.m. March 19 after he failed to obey a stop sign. He refused to cooperate with standard field sobriety tests. The case is pending, awaiting results of blood tests.

·A 27-year-old Fall Creek man was cited for operating while intoxicated after he was found slumped over behind the wheel in the 800 block of Marshall Avenue at 10:23 a.m. March 21. He was believed to be under the influence of drugs. A passenger, a 24-year-old South Milwaukee woman, was cited for drug paraphernalia possession.

·A 29-year-old Milwaukee woman faces possible state charges of operating while intoxicated after she was stopped in the 1500 block of College Avenue at 2:31 a.m. March 23. A breath test indicated a preliminary BAC of 0.19.

Vandalism

·Five men were cited for firing a BB gun at 5:09 p.m. March 12 in the 300 block of Marquette Avenue. The men were three 18-year-olds from South Milwaukee, and 17-year-olds from South Milwaukee and Kenosha.

·The rear window of a car was smashed in the 900 block of Marquette Avenue overnight March 16-17. Damage was estimated at $100.

Other

·Two 14-year-old male students at South Milwaukee Middle School, 1001 15th Ave., were cited for disorderly conduct after a fight in the cafeteria at about 11 a.m. March 11.

·A 52-year-old South Milwaukee woman was cited for disorderly conduct at 9:30 p.m. March 18 after she created a disturbance at the American Legion, 920 Monroe Ave.

·A 15-year-old female student at South Milwaukee High School, 801 15th Ave., was referred to Children's Court for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer after she created a disturbance in the school office at 11:49 a.m. March 22.

·Police responded to five domestic violence incidents between March 18 and 23.
