Theft

·A jack valued at $85 was taken from a trailer parked outside Astro Tool and Die, 5201 S. Whitnall Ave., over the weekend of April 15-18. About $400 damage was done to the trailer.

·A 33-year-old Milwaukee man faces state charges of retail theft and bail jumping after he allegedly took 37 items with combined value of $370.79 from Pick 'n Save, 5851 S. Packard Ave., at 10:40 a.m. April 18.

Assault

·An unidentified man punched a 42-year-old Cudahy man outside Speedway, 4944 S. Packard Ave., at about 4:08 p.m. April 12.

·A 38-year-old Cudahy man was cited for battery after shoving a 20-year-old man, a neighbor, in the 5200 block of South Packard Avenue at 9:24 p.m. April 16.

Drug possession

·Charges are reportedly pending against a 22-year-old Brookfield man who was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia outside City Lounge, 4721 S. Kingan Ave., at 2:53 a.m. April 14. According to police reports, a City Lounge employee alerted officers to possible cocaine use in a restroom.

·Charges are reportedly pending against a 41-year-old Cudahy man arrested for possession of marijuana and cocaine in the 3900 block of East Holmes Avenue at 4 a.m. April 16.

OWI

·A 36-year-old Caledonia man may face state charges of operating while intoxicated after an incident in the 6100 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:50 a.m. April 17. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.23. He has one previous OWI conviction.

Vandalism

·A car stored at Packard Automotive, 5780 S. Packard Ave., was shot by a BB gun April 19. Damage was estimated at $300.

Other

·A 44-year-old Wauwatosa man was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:17 p.m. April 17 after he was found passed out in Sheridan Park, 4800 S Lake Drive.

·A 40-year-old Cudahy man was cited for disorderly conduct at 12:52 p.m. April 18 after he verbally harassed Department of Public Works employees planting trees in the 4700 block of South Packard Avenue.

ST. FRANCIS

Vandalism

·Two tires on a car were punctured in the 4500 block of South Vermont Avenue overnight April 14-15. Total damage was estimated at $180.

SOUTH MILWAUKEE

Burglary

·A bicycle valued at $300 was taken from a garage in the 500 block of Brookdale Court overnight April 16-17. The resident said she had not closed the garage door.

Theft

·A 70-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for theft at 4:14 p.m. April 19 at Pick 'n Save, 2931 S. Chicago Ave. The man allegedly took $137.44 worth of steaks from the store on four occasions in February and March.

·A bush valued at $20 was taken from a yard in the 1300 block of Fairview Avenue on April 17.

·A FedEx shipment valued at $200 was stolen in the 1300 block of 15th Avenue on April 14.

Assault

·A 27-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for battery at 5:41 p.m. April 17 after he punched a 24-year-old South Milwaukee man during a confrontation inside Walmart, 222 N. Chicago Ave.

·A 47-year-old South Milwaukee man may face state charges of operating while intoxicated for an incident in the 1700 block of 10th Avenue at 2:39 a.m. April 16. The man has a prior OWI conviction, was out on bail for a 2015 OWI case and has been arrested again for OWI after that. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.18.

Vandalism

·A car was scratched in the 3000 block of Fifth Avenue overnight April 17-18. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

·A tire on a car was punctured in the 400 block of North Chicago Avenue overnight April 19-20. Damage was estimated at $130.

·Police responded to three domestic violence incidents between April 15 and 21.
