Theft

·A 24-year-old homeless man faces state theft charges after he allegedly took a West Allis woman's wallet from an unlocked car in the 4700 block of South Packard Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. May 11. The wallet contained $10 and a debit card, and was recovered after the man tried unsuccessfully to get cash from an automated teller machine.

Drug possession

·A 20-year-old Glendale woman was cited for marijuana possession in the 5500 block of South Packard Avenue at 1:28 a.m. May 2.

·A 32-year-old West Allis woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3700 block of East Birchwood Avenue at 4:15 a.m. May 7.

OWI

·A 55-year-old Cudahy man may face state charges of operating while intoxicated in the 6100 block of South Packard Avenue at 8:11 p.m. April 30. A breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.20. He has two previous OWI convictions.

Vandalism

·A temporary warrant was issued for a 25-year-old Cudahy man for criminal damage to property, after he allegedly smashed a window at his girlfriend's apartment in the 5500 block of South Disch Avenue at 2:29 a.m. May 14.

Other

·A 56-year-old Cudahy man was cited for disorderly conduct at 9:27 p.m. May 6 after he reportedly screamed profanity and racial slurs out his window in the 4800 block of South Packard Avenue.

·A 43-year-old Tampa, Florida, man was cited for soliciting without a permit in the 2600 block of East Grange Avenue at 4:09 p.m. May 17.

·A 56-year-old Cudahy man was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:39 p.m. May 19 after a scuffle in the 5900 block of South Packard Avenue. According to police reports, the man was asked to leave a party in a trailer, but refused and displayed a knife before the altercation.

ST. FRANCIS

Theft

·Prescription pills and about $5 in change were taken from an unlocked SUV in the 4000 block of South Kansas Avenue overnight May 10-11.

SOUTH MILWAUKEE

Burglary

·Police are continuing to investigate the disappearance of a television set valued at $250 from an unlocked apartment in the 1200 block of Michigan Avenue at about 7:30 a.m. May 16.

Theft

·A three-wheeler frame and motor valued at $300 was taken from a yard in the 400 block of Marion Avenue overnight May 7-8.

·About $100 worth of pills were taken May 8 from an apartment in the 800 block of Marquette Avenue.

·A car stereo valued at $110 was taken from a vehicle in the 300 block of North Chicago Avenue between 5 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. May 15.

Assault

·A 29-year-old South Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct after he punched a Cudahy man celebrating his 24th birthday at Bottoms Up, 500 Madison Ave., at 12:30 a.m. May 7. The victim declined to press possible felony charges.

·A 23-year-old South Milwaukee man was charged with domestic violence battery after he allegedly kicked his pregnant 20-year-old girlfriend and punched her in the 3300 block of South Chicago Avenue the morning of May 10.

OWI

·A 26-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for operating while intoxicated and driving after suspension in the 1600 block of 17th Avenue at 2:13 a.m. May 13. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.20.

Vandalism

·Two tires on a truck were flattened in the 1200 block of Minnesota Avenue prior to 10 p.m. May 8.

·A tire on a truck was slashed in the 1600 block of Marion Avenue overnight May 12-13.

·Police responded to four domestic violence incidents between May 13 and 19.
