MENOMONEE FALLS - Kimberly Gersonde, a 23-year-old Falls resident and former St. Francis School District teacher's aide, is accused of sexually assaulting two 16-year-old boys.
Gersonde faces six felony charges, including four counts of child enticement and two counts of sex assault of a student by school staff.
She made her initial court appearance Tuesday, May 30, and a $20,000 cash bond was posted, according to online court records.
Records show Gersonde is to have no contact with the victims/witnesses listed in the criminal complaint or the victim's family, have no contact with any child and not be employed where she would have contact with children.
According to the criminal complaint, police met May 25 at Menomonee Falls High School with a student who said he met Gersonde in 2015 when he was picking up his brothers from Ben Franklin Elementary School.
The victim told police Gersonde gave him her phone number on a sticky note. The two communicated through phone a number of times in the fall of 2015 and spring 2016. They would spend time together driving in Gersonde's car, and according to the complaint, the two would kiss.
The victim said sexual intercourse occurred in August 2016 when the victim began going to her Menomonee Falls apartment. The boy said they had sex at least two times in August, once in September, and a fourth time in October, and altogether, had sex at least nine times.
The boy told police he attempted to "break up with her, but it was very difficult and she began continually pestering him and calling/texting him." He eventually blocked her phone number, according to the complaint.
The second victim, a 16-year-old student at St. Francis High School, said he had sex with Gersonde for the first time around April 29. The sexual relations continued until around May 5.
Gersonde resigned with the St. Francis School District by email on May 19.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 30 at the Waukesha County Courthouse.
