WACO, Texas — Have a million bucks to spare?

Joanna Gaines, left, and Chip Gaines.

You can buy a shotgun-style house that appeared in Season 3 of HGTV’s Fixer Upper.

The forest-green home is near the Baylor University campus and within walking distance to Magnolia Market at the Silos, a business owned by the show's hosts, Chip and Joanna Gaines.

The two-story home contains one bedroom and one bath in about 1,050 square feet of living space. Features include a Dutch-style front door, a "big-ass fan," 25’ vaulted ceilings, a Bevolo gas light on the porch, and much more.

The house was built in 1920 and was listed at only $28,000 before the Gaines became interested in showing it to prospective buyers, who would let them renovate it for their HGTV program.

The house-hunters, Cameron and Jessie Bell, planned to remodel the house at its original location in the college town.

But a real estate developer bought the entire block forcing a move of the vintage structure. The Gaines negotiated a deal with the developer, who turned the house over at no cost, and then helped the Bells find a new lot in an up-and-coming neighborhood near Baylor.

If you don’t have a million bucks, the home is still available for visitors to stay in on Airbnb for $325 per night, plus taxes and fees.
