All-Star Saturday Night wasn't the only NBA event that saw TV ratings increase this weekend.

Sunday night's All-Star Game on TNT — which the West won in a shootout, 192-182 — was the most-watched All-Star Game telecast since 2013, according to Nielsen Fast National ratings, with an average of 7.8 million total viewers.

In 2013, the West won 143-138 behind MVP Chris Paul, who scored 20 points and dished out 15 assists. On Sunday, MVP-winner Anthony Davis poured in 52 points, breaking Wilt Chamberlain's All-Star Game scoring record of 42 (1962).

The game peaked with an average of 8.5 million total viewers from 8:30 to 8:45 p.m. ET and was up 3% in total viewers from last year.

The top-two local markets for the game were Oklahoma City and San Francisco, respectively, as the biggest story line heading into the game was the fact that Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook and Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant — who were teammates for eight years in OKC — were going to share the court as members of the Western Conference team.

Collectively, Saturday and Sunday's festivities were the most-viewed sports telecasts of the week across all TV networks (broadcast and cable).
